Bring the water to the boil in a saucepan. Add in your rice and chopped pear.
Simmer according to cooking instructions, around 20 minutes. Don’t forget to give it a good stir halfway through!
When mixture has cooked and cooled slightly, pop into a blender with 120ml of liquid of your choice, whether that be water, formula or breastmilk.
Blend until the cereal has reached desired consistency. Add more liquid if required. Keep an eye it doesn’t become too runny!
